If you are invited to interview for a position at LEGACY, you should be prepared to spend several hours with us, as you will meet with a variety of LEGACY staffers. We believe that personality is an important consideration in building a high-performance team and feel it is important to have an interview process that involves multiple people in order to provide a credible scope of opinion on candidates.
